I honestly can’t say enough good things about Sandra, the healthcare advocate who called me before my first-ever surgery.

Sandra took the time to really listen. She didn’t rush the call, and she made me feel like my questions were valid, no matter how small or “silly” they might have seemed.

She explained everything in such a calm, clear way the kind of reassurance I didn’t even realize I needed until I got off the phone and felt an immediate wave of relief.

Upon first meeting Sandra, I found her to be a very positive, caring and compassionate person. I have a lot of chronic pain and focusing on tasks can be very challenging at the best of times.

I was so glad to meet Sandra because she helped me calm myself with deep breathing exercises. She also provided me with several valuable life skills tips on how to navigate my life and new diagnosis of ADHD.

Sandra also introduced me to writing a daily gratitude journal which has helped me stay focused in the moment.
