Upon first meeting Sandra, I found her to be a very positive, caring and compassionate person. I have a lot of chronic pain and focusing on tasks can be very challenging at the best of times. I felt very overwhelmed by having to fill out government forms. A friend recommended that I contact Sandra Brayer to help me focus on the forms I needed to fill out and submit them to the government. I was so glad to meet Sandra because she helped me calm myself with deep breathing exercises. She also provided me with several valuable life skills tips on how to navigate my life and new diagnosis of ADHD. Sandra also introduced me to writing a daily gratitude journey which has helped me stay focused in the moment. I highly recommend Sandra who is a highly skilled Health Care Advocate who can help you navigate the Alberta Health Care System.
