I went in looking for help with anxiety, and what I got out of it was better sleep and rest, which looking back, my poor sleep habits contribute to my overall anxiety.

Sandra did a distance session before bed, and that night I slept harder than I have in ages, like a switch flipped. Woke up pretty wiped out the next day though, which threw me off. I mentioned it to Sandra and she gave me a quick follow-up plan for the next few days. About two days later my energy was noticeably better. I came out of it calmer and better rested than when I started.

I would recommend giving her a try, especially if anxiety or sleep is what you're dealing with.

Sandra recently did a distant reiki session for me and she noted feeling some sort of stomach pain which was exactly in line with my day as I was working on my truck having to lay on sharp components for hours which resulted in a bunch of abdominal bruising, so it was amazing she could pick up on that.

My session was to help with general tiredness and stress. After my session I was able to sleep better with less racing thoughts.
